Goal:

Friendly had an ambitious goal in 2014 to grow market share by 1% YOY from 2013 without spending additional money on advertising.

Execution:

Miller Agency came up with a plan to be more efficient by creating a brand differentiation within the market place and directing marketing blend into non-traditional media along with traditional. We casted two new faces for the store that were likeable and branded the store as a fun place and great place to buy or service your vehicle. We also added in store Point of Purchase and banners that reinforce the message delivered throughout the marketplace.
